ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL RETURNS. MATTE does not offer a refund policy. Exchanges are understandable if item arrives damaged or different than what was ordered. Please utilize our size charting as MATTE does not offer exchanges on size.
MATTE believes that customer service should be honest and effortless. To begin the exchange process, please email us at email@example.com with your order and style number. From here we will advise you of your exchange options and instructions.
When the return for exchange/store credit is approved you will receive a new invoice with order details or a store credit code that does not expire. In the unlikely instance that your piece is faulty, you have 30 days, from the date of purchase, to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault.
All items to be exchanged must be returned in original condition, un-laundered, unworn, unused and with swing tags secure. MATTE does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at your own expense.
MATTE reserve the right to refuse, repair or replace your style. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued store credit. MATTE garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience "wear and tear" over time. MATTE holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are. In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked, soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted.
MATTE does NOT cover any dutie/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.
