MATTE believes that customer service should be honest and effortless. No refunds are

accepted, exchanges are absolutely understandable if item arrives damaged or a size

needs to be changed. Your new may not fit perfectly the first time and so we welcome

you to exchange it for another size, style or color run. MATTE does not offer refunds

and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.

To begin the exchange process, please email us at customer@shopmatte.com and advise

us of the style you have, and what you are intending to exchange for. From here we will

advise you of what your exchange options are and whether your preferred style is available.

For all exchanges within USA, items must be returned within 7 business days from the

date of purchase. All international exchange requests must be submitted within 21 days

from the original shipping date.

Please note, when making an exchange you may not be guaranteed your specified size,

style or color run. MATTE does not mass produce our pieces, this means each style is

part of limited range. If your choice of exchange is unavailable you will be issued a

credit to use within 30 days of your original purchase. MATTE does not offer a refund


All of our pieces are handmade with care and are all individually inspected before being

shipped out to ensure only the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the

unlikely instance that your piece is faulty, you have 30 days, from the date of purchase,

to return your goods. Upon the return we will assess the fault. MATTE reserve the right

to refuse, repair or replace your style. If your original item is no longer in stock, you will

be issued with a credit note. Please follow the care instructions on the label to ensure

you do not encounter such problems and to prolong the life of your garment. MATTE

garments are made from delicate materials and will normally experience "wear and tear"

over time. MATTE holds a no warranty policy. Due to different qualities in computer

screens, some garments may appear slightly different shade than they actually are.

In accordance with health regulations any item returned that has been worn, marked,

soiled, washed or damaged will not be accepted. All items to be exchanged must be

returned in original condition, unlaundered, unworn, unused and with swing tags secure.

MATTE does not cover any return shipping costs. The return cost shall be incurred at

your own expense. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please

ensure your return package is both prepaid and insured.

Once we receive your exchange, your return will be processed. You will receive a

confirmation email once your exchange has been re-shipped to you.
